Insight Revolution adheres to the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Australian Market & Social Research Society and the Market and Social Research Privacy Principles.

What Information we collect and how we use it:

• Client Supplied Lists - any sample list supplied to Insight Revolution will:
  • - Only be used for the purpose of administering the specific research project that the list relates to.
    
  • - Be permanently deleted from our files on completion and full payment of the research project.
    
  • - Not be supplied to any other party.
• We may engage third parties to assist us with performing our Services. These companies or individuals may be provided with access to personally identifiable information that you had previously provided us during Registration or research brief submission, but only upon first agreeing to uphold the confidentiality of such information.

Opt-outs

All surveys will contain a method for the respondent to opt out of research. This opt out relates only to research conducted by that client. The Insight Revolution’s responsibility is to inform the Client of the opt-out (usually by providing the respondent a direct email to the Client to opt out). This is where the Insight Revolution’s responsibility ends.

Confidentiality

Clients’ identities will not be revealed to respondents nor to any third party without the client’s consent or unless Insight Revolution becomes legally obliged to do so. Respondents’ identities will not be revealed to clients without the respondent’s consent and only in cases where the information is to be used for research purposes and the intended use has been explained to respondents.

How We Notify You About Changes to Our Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time; if we change how we use your personally identifiable information or update our privacy practices and/or policy, we will notify you either through our Website or via e-mail.
