Bruce Stafford – Managing Director

Dr. Carmen Gould – Insights Director

Dr Carmen Gould has led the design, implementation and delivery of quantitative and qualitative research across a broad range of industries spanning Retail, Finance, Information Technology and Telecommunications, for multi-national and blue-chip Australian clients. Specialising in consumer and SME research, she has substantial experience in customer experience measurement, product and concept testing and development, and brand equity research.

Carmen is an accredited Qualified Practicing Marketing Researcher (Australian Market & Social Research Association) and lectures at RMIT University in Market Research. She has authored a number of publications including contributions to the Australian Journal of Market Research, and the business text book ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation in e-Business: An Integrated Perspective’ [2005].

Carmen is a rare breed of research professional in that she is both highly qualified and utterly practical in the design and application of market research for practical business decision-making. She continues to challenge some of the long-held ‘rules’ of market research to ensure that clients get robust research insights faster and at a lower cost.

Rupa Raja – Fieldwork Manager

Rupa has over 18 years of combined operations, field management and account management experience. She has worked across a broad range of industries spanning Retail, HR, Healthcare, Information Technology and Telecommunications, for clients across the globe. Her work on large accounts and large projects has given her a depth of operational insight matched by few of her peers.

While working for one of the world’s Fortune 10 clients she was honoured with the KPO Champ Award.

She adds significant value to projects by developing innovative solutions, levering technology and implementing best practice to ensure the highest quality operations, data and analysis.
